In 2021 while on a business trip to Florence, Italy, we witnessed a heartbreaking sight—generations of jewelry shops, once thriving, were closing their doors. The streets, once filled with artisans proudly showcasing their masterpieces, were now eerily silent. It was a devastating reality that we couldn’t ignore.
Determined to make a difference, we took a step of faith, reaching out to a few shop owners, showcasing some of their exquisite handmade cameos in our online store. Our mission was twofold: to bring these magnificent pieces to international clients who could no longer visit Italy and to support the artisans by providing them with hope and a way to continue their craft.
To our surprise, the cameos sold quickly, a testament to the enduring appreciation for this ancient art. What began as a small gesture soon evolved into something much greater—our very own jewelry workshop and studio.
Today, we work side by side with artists from all over Italy, each bringing their unique expertise in the art of cameo making. This magnificent craft, which dates back to ancient Roman times, embodies a rich history that we are passionate about preserving. By blending traditional techniques with modern elegance, we create sophisticated, high-quality jewelry that speaks to the heart of both heritage and innovation.
